So far, TeamTrainers has reviewed more than 450 scientific and business sources on team dynamics and small group research, the majority of those being studies published in peer-reviewed journals.

Before spending your budget on unproven team building events, ask the vendor how they know what they know. Is their method based on facts and analysis carefully tested in a variety of settings? On case studies from various industries? Or just on a few books they've read and the sense that people enjoyed their games?
