New and Improved: Second Edition of 'The SuddenTeams Program' Released

I rarely use Teams Blog for blatant advertising, and always feel compelled to apologize when I do. So, I’m sorry. But I do want to announce that a new version of my book has just been released: The SuddenTeams™ Program, 2nd Edition: Build a Team Structure, Raise Productivity, Lower Costs and Stress.

• I dropped the well-known “Forming, Storming…” model of team development from 1965 for a new model that better reflects what has been observed in real teams. The scientific term is “punctuated equilibrium,” so I decided on a more user-friendly version, “The Team Mesa.”
